The holiday party station that outlives the gift bag.

Company gifts have a quiet failure rate: the branded blanket stays in a drawer, the tumbler joins six others. A monogram in chenille flips the equation — the company pays, but the guest designs, so the thing that goes home is theirs. That single change is why patch bars get rebooked for the next year’s party.

Formats that work in corporate rooms

Holiday parties: the patch bar runs as an activity station between dinner and the DJ. Totes and caps in seasonal neutrals, initials plus one shape. Retreats and summits: run it at registration — attendees press a name piece onto their event bag and wear their icebreaker for the rest of the agenda. Milestones: anniversary digits stacked on totes, which we have watched hold a queue through an entire gala set (see our case studies).

Notes for the person actually planning this

  • Hotel ballrooms: we handle the dock, the freight elevator, and the banquet-power conversation directly with the venue.
  • Mixed-seniority etiquette: initials are democratic. Nobody has to guess their size, and the CEO’s cap costs the same as the intern’s.
  • Co-branding without the cringe: keep the company mark small on the blank and let the guest’s letters be the hero. Custom logo chenille needs three to four weeks if you want it.
  • Headcount swings: we stock 10–15% over the RSVP list; unused blanks return to us, not to your storage closet.

Timing the room

Three live hours covers most parties up to two hundred guests on two presses. For bigger rooms we add presses rather than making the line longer — the math is on the pricing page. One calendar warning: December Fridays and Saturdays book out first every year. If your party lands in the second or third week of December, reserve the station before Halloween and you will have your pick of crew and colorways instead of the leftovers.
